Since 1996, Carlos has designed, developed, and been project manager for over 300 websites and web-based applications, mostly for small businesses. As the president of Toydrum, he keeps the group grounded in a scientific approach and ensures the creation of quantifiable results for clients with each project.
Since 1998, Moreno has given many workshops for technology-related conventions, and for business education courses offered by the vo-tech system in Tulsa, Norman, and Stillwater.
Other speaking engagements include the Tulsa ITEC, Tulsa Business and Technology Showcase, The Green Country EC-EDI User Group, and Self-Employment training courses for the Tri-County Technology center in Bartlesville.
